2: IMPORTANT PROSPECT RESPONSE UPDATE

I know I have not sent you any updates this year; a lot has been happening in the background and kind of got tied up (including moving our data center to a new location last weekend) to ensure everything works ok.

Maybe you have noticed a few changes on Prospect Response already. All the changes are meant to ensure your messages are delivered right to your prospects in a timely manner.

Specifically:

  1. Every night we are deleting “junk” accounts - accounts that are created via robots, accounts with emails that are permanently undeliverable, etcOur goal is to ensure that each and every account represents a real person that opens and reads messages from us and our members. I believe you don’t deserve less and expect great response to your messages when you send them.On average we delete 6000 accounts every day and maintain and active membership of about 100,000. Over the past 2 months, we have deleted over 40,000 accounts.
  2. We have invested in more mail servers to change and improve the way we deliver your messages. Yous hould start to see a spike in response to your messages starting immediately. This is actually an ongoing effort to ensure we continuosly change and adapt to new trends as they develop on the internet.
  3. You probably notice that I’m sending you this message from a new mailing list (aside from your membership).I’ll try to maintain it this way to ensure I can shoot a quick message to you from a mail server dedicated just for admin messages.
