Plain TEXT or HTML Ads, Which Converts More?
Your input is REQUIRED:
Our latest system upgrade now allows you to send your messages in either HTML or TEXT format.
* I need you to do your own testing *
Why is this important?
Some marketers report better response with HTML ads. Some report they get better response with TEXT ads.
It’s possible that some people may not be able to read your messages if they are using an email client that supports only TEXT messages.
Whereas these are few, they could make a difference, or maybe not!
DO YOUR OWN SPLIT TESTING
Find out what works best for you. Before you save SET-N-FORGET messages, you might want to spend a few days testing manually what works best for you.
When all is said and done:
THE BEST MESSAGE IS THE ONE THAT BRINGS YOU SALES.
In order to allow you test effectively, we just opened a special price for broadcast email (Money Mail).
Normal price: $65
O.ffer price: $25
http://prospectresponse.com/verdict.html
This is only going to be available for a few days…
JUST FOR YOUR TESTING.
But it comes with a catch:
- Maybe you have already previously tested which works better
- Maybe you are just testing
- Maybe you have heard others talk about it
===> WHICH IS MORE EFFECTIVE?
We need to find an educated answer.
* An answer that involves broad experience
* An answer you can depend on
* And an answer that will put more money in your pockets
Now the power is in your hands.
Which works better and why? TEXT or HTML email ads?

As a person who receives emails, I have noticed that many times the emails come in with all the hypertext included, which makes them almost impossible to read. My preference would be to have them in text, not html, so they can be read.

It’s likely you saw that before we installed the WYSIWYG editor (what you see is what you get). Since a lot of people may not always be internet savvy, they can now see exactly how their ads will look like in the emails.
Some email clients do not support HTML, and a HTML message ends up looking like raw code mess
